The “Learn to Earn” program by Progress Through Innovation Society (PI-BD) is a youth empowerment initiative aimed at enhancing employability and economic independence for young people aged 18–25. Launched in June 2025, the program provides digital skills, professional English communication, and freelancing training, enabling participants to earn online and succeed in the digital economy.

Through a structured three-phase training model - selection & assessment, ICT & English training, and specialized freelancing instruction - participants gain practical skills in digital tools, CV and profile building, client communication, and online work platforms like Fiverr. The program encourages creativity, confidence, and independent work habits, helping participants take their first steps toward self-reliance and sustainable income.

With 15 successful participants so far, the program has already shown measurable impact, with graduates actively building freelancing profiles and exploring digital earning opportunities.

Future plans include online mentoring, expanding participation (especially for women), entrepreneurship development, and collaboration with local organizations to ensure post-training employment opportunities.

This program contributes to preparing youth for a modern, technology-driven workforce, providing them with the skills and confidence to build a sustainable digital livelihood.
