ATM Kamrujjaman
Executive Director
ATM Kamrujjaman is an experienced development professional with over two decades of leadership in education, training, and project management. He has extensive experience in curriculum development, teacher training, digital literacy, and multi-stakeholder program implementation across Bangladesh. As the Executive Director of Progress through Innovation Society, he leads strategic planning, capacity building, and innovative education initiatives aimed at improving learning opportunities for teachers, students, and underserved communities. He holds an MSS in Development Studies from East West University and has worked with national and international organizations including BRAC, Dnet, British Council.
Dr. Molla Azfarul Haque
Director (M&E)
Dr. Molla Azfarul Haque is a highly experienced senior professional with an extensive career spanning government service, education, planning, and development administration. He holds a PhD in Geomorphology and has served for decades in senior leadership and policy-level positions at the Bangladesh Agriculture Development Corporation (BADC), including roles such as Chief Planning, Joint Secretary, and Deputy Secretary. His expertise covers strategic planning, project appraisal, public sector management, human resource administration, and large-scale development program coordination. Alongside his academic and professional contributions, he has published widely on geography, water resources, and agriculture-related issues. He is currently serving as the Treasurer at Progress through Innovation Society, where he provides financial oversight, strategic guidance, and governance support to education and development-focused initiatives.
Musadderul Hoque
Director(Acting)
Musadderul Hoque is a highly experienced education and development professional with over two decades of experience in program management, capacity building, leadership development, and education system strengthening. He is currently working as Program Manager at Progress through Innovation Society, where he leads the design, implementation, and oversight of education-focused programs, ensuring quality delivery, effective team coordination, and alignment with organizational goals. His career includes long-term leadership roles at BRAC, where he managed large-scale education initiatives, school operations, teacher training programs, and quality assurance systems at both national and field levels. He has extensive expertise in curriculum design, training facilitation, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder coordination, and donor-supported program implementation, with a strong commitment to inclusive and impactful education interventions.
Habiba Sultana
Project Manager
Habiba Sultana is a dedicated education professional with over a decade of experience in research, training management, and educational evaluation. She currently serves as the Program Manager at Progress Through Innovation Society, where she continues her work in development and educational growth. Habiba has a proven track record of implementing large-scale initiatives, notably providing training to 1,000 high school teachers across Bangladesh on Global Citizenship through a joint program with Dnet and the British Council. Her expertise spans the development of training materials, school-based workshop facilitation, and comprehensive research tool development.Habiba Sultana is a dedicated education professional with over a decade of experience in research, training management, and educational evaluation. Abdur Rob Rana
Project Officer
Abdur Rob Rana is a development professional with several years of experience in project coordination, implementation, and monitoring across humanitarian and social development initiatives. He is currently working as a Project Officer at Progress through Innovation Society, where he supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of development projects with a focus on accountability, stakeholder coordination, and field-level implementation. Previously, he served in coordination and facilitation roles with reputed organizations such as Bidyanondo Foundation and Bread for the World, contributing to large-scale programs in food security, women empowerment, education, and community welfare. He has strong experience in Project Management, Data collection and Analysis, Reporting, and working closely with partners, donors, and community stakeholders across different regions of Bangladesh.
Shehreen Abed
Project Officer
Shehreen Abed is an education and research professional with a strong academic foundation in educational evaluation and research from the University of Dhaka. She is currently working as a Project Officer at Progress through Innovation Society, where she supports the design and implementation of education-based projects, including research, monitoring, and reporting activities. She has hands-on experience working on national and international education initiatives in collaboration with government bodies and development partners such as DPE, UNICEF, World Bank etc. contributing to studies on curriculum effectiveness, teacher development, remedial education, and inclusive education. Her strengths include qualitative and quantitative research, tool development, data analysis, and report writing, with a strong interest in evidence-based improvements in the education sector.
Arafatul Islam
IT Officer
Arafatul Islam is an aspiring web developer and junior PHP/Laravel developer from Bangladesh, currently completing a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering at Bangladesh University, Dhaka. He has practical experience in developing and maintaining web-based applications, including inventory management systems, WordPress theme customization, and live Laravel projects for businesses in Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia. Skilled in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind, he also has experience in REST API integration and collaborative development. Arafatul combines technical expertise with problem-solving skills and a strong interest in cloud services and digital development projects.
