An essay competition was held on March 8, 2024, for International Women's Day at Mazeda Rahman School and College in Narchi, Sariakandi, Bogura, supported by Progress through Innovation. The topic was "The Role of Women in Development and Progress," with girls from 9th and 10th grades participating.

Progress through Innovation (PI) collaborated with experts to host a special event for women. On March 8, 2024, International Women's Day, PI organized an essay writing competition at Mazeda Rahman School and College in Narchi, Sariakandi, Bogura. Girls from 9th and 10th grades participated, writing essays on "The Role of Women in Development and Progress." The school's teachers, with PI's guidance, ran the event. The principal announced the competition three days in advance, giving students time to think and write their essays, which they then submitted to their teachers.

On the day, a team of teachers judged the essays, choosing the top three from each class for a prize-giving ceremony, with all prizes and banners provided by PI. This event celebrated women's achievements, aiming to educate students and promote awareness of gender equality and positive change.
