Through online training sessions designed for both head and assistant teachers, the program concentrates on Administration Management, classroom management, pedagogy, school administrative operations, and adherence to policies. Program Vision:
By 2040, we aim to cover 64 districts in Bangladesh, with over 10,000 teachers connected to this platform.

- To enhance the leadership capacity of teachers, improve school management practices, and cultivate positive school environments.
- To facilitate the development of teachers in English and ICT skills for both real-life applications and academic excellence.
- To Create a platform to connect teachers nationwide in Bangladesh, fostering the growth of a smart and cohesive educators' community.
Progress Through Innovation (PI) is founded on the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to enhance their skills. We have created an online platform specifically designed for teachers, facilitated by master trainers and specially trained personnel. Our program offers courses in ICT Implementation in the Education sector, and real-life English Language Skills Development, focusing on developing teacher leadership, school management, student motivation, administration, student operations, and policy integration.
Our program is divided into three course categories:
- Leadership Skills Development Program for Headmasters
- Capacity Development Program for Assistant Teachers
A special feature of our program is that ESL Certified Facilitators conduct the English sessions, with classes also taken by renowned university scholars from the USA. Our master trainers are always available in live chat to solve any queries promptly.
These sessions are interactive and based on real-life situations, ensuring practical and applicable training. Our monitoring team supervises the program rigorously, customizing course contents based on learners' needs to ensure the most effective learning experience.
